Welcome to bimai
An open-source BIM team that lives in your editor, follows your BIM process and asks before it changes anything.
Not built yet
bimai gives every BIM professional a small team of AI agents. They read your models and issues, follow the process your project agreed in the BEP, write the documents you'd otherwise write yourself, and keep track of what was decided and who does what. You stay in charge: they ask before they change anything, and every claim they make points to where it came from.

I work in BIM
Install bimai, start or join a project, and do your first session.
I decide on tools
What bimai does, what it costs, how it keeps people in control, and how to run a pilot.
I build tools
Connect Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, Bonsai or your own API with one contract.

bimai in one minute
- A team that fits your role. A two-minute interview and your BEP decide which agents join you. A BIM modeller, a BIM coordinator and a design manager each get a different team.
- Your BEP becomes the rules. Naming, software versions, responsibilities and milestones are read from the BIM execution plan, so the agents follow what the project actually agreed.
- Meetings become tasks. Drop in a transcript; minutes, decisions and everyone's tasks come out. Anything unclear is asked first.
- Work together without stepping on each other. Each person has their own team; every responsibility has one owner; agents hand work to each other instead of doing it twice.
- No git, no code. bimai saves, shares and restores your work for you, in plain language.
- Open source. MIT licensed and built on open standards: IFC, IDS, BCF and OpenUSD.
