Evidence and approvals
Every claim can be checked, and every change needs a person's approval.
Evidence
Every call an agent makes to a tool is recorded with an evidence ID. Reports, minutes and checks cite those IDs, so any statement ("9 issues are overdue", "requirement R-114 has no verification method") can be traced back to the exact data it came from.
Approvals
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Reading anything | Allowed |
| Writing to a model, ACC or another system | Shown as a dry run; a person approves it first |
| Changing shared project rules | A change request for the rule owners |
| Scheduled runs | Never write; they leave proposals to approve later |
| A new project | Starts read-only |
These rules are enforced by bimai itself, not by the AI's good behavior: even an agent that was misled by instructions hidden in a document can't change anything without approval.
