Using bimai

Your BEP becomes the rules

How bimai reads the BIM execution plan and turns it into the project's configuration.

Not built yet

Planned for v0.1. This page describes the target experience; commands may not exist yet.

The BIM execution plan is where a project's agreements live. bimai reads it at the start of the project so the agents follow what was actually agreed.

You check it first

Every extracted agreement comes with the page and section it came from and how sure bimai is. Anything unclear becomes a question instead of a guess:

The BEP names two versions of Civil 3D (2024 and 2025). Which one is leading?

Nothing is applied until you've reviewed it.

After that

  • The BEP is the baseline. Deviating from it needs a logged decision that refers to the section.
  • New BEP revision? bimai bep import reads it; bimai bep diff shows what changed and proposes updates for the rule owners to approve.
  • Wrong software version? bimai doctor warns when your installed Revit differs from the agreed one, before you save a model in the wrong version.
