Working together
Several people, each with their own team, on one project without getting in each other's way.

Shared rules, personal teams
Everyone on a project shares its agreements, decisions and knowledge. Each person has their own seat: their team, tasks, journal and outputs.
Positions: jobs, not people
A position is a job on the project, for example modeller-structure or bim-coordinator.
People hold positions. What the agents learn in a job stays with the position, so a colleague who takes
over starts with everything that was done.
- More modellers or coordinators? Add positions split by discipline, zone or model.
- Someone ill or on holiday?
bimai cover modeller-structure --by bob --until 2026-10-14. Work goes to Bob and switches back automatically. - Someone leaves?
bimai transfer modeller-structure --to fatima. Fatima inherits the job.
Every responsibility has one owner
Each responsibility belongs to exactly one position. Other teams can read it but not act on it. When an agent finds work in someone else's area, it hands it over: the work appears in that person's tasks with the evidence attached.
Nobody loses context
After every session a short journal entry is written: what was asked, what was done, decisions and handoffs, and what's still open. Ask "what did the team do this week on the viaduct?" and you get the answer with links. The journal describes work, never time spent.
