Using bimai
Design coordination
Requirements, risks and planning from your Relatics and Primavera or MS Project exports.
Not built yet
Planned for v0.1. This page describes the target experience; commands may not exist yet.
No live connection to Relatics or Primavera is needed. You export the files as you do today and give them to bimai.
Add your exports
bimai data import exports/relatics-2026-09-26.json
bimai data import planning/DO-planning-v14.xmlOr drop them into the project's inbox folder. Supported: Relatics JSON exports, Primavera P6 XML and MS Project XML. The first time, bimai proposes how the Relatics fields map to requirements, risks and verifications; you confirm it once.
Every import is kept as a dated snapshot, so bimai can show trends and answer "what changed since
last week?" (bimai data diff relatics --since last-week).
What you can ask
- "Which requirements for the viaduct aren't verified yet and are due before DO-freeze?"
- "What risks could hit the permit milestone?"
- "Draft this week's design progress report."
Ready-made reports
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Requirements status | Verification coverage per discipline and phase; requirements without a method or owner |
| Risk review | Top risks, overdue mitigations, risks tied to upcoming milestones |
| Schedule health | Critical path, slipping milestones, deliverables due in the next four weeks |
| Design progress report | The three above in one weekly report, with trends |
| Cross-check | Deliverables due soon whose requirements have no verification plan |
Reports always state how old the data is, and you're reminded when an export is out of date.
